Melody (Yu) Ma

Portfolio Officer

Melody (Yu) Ma is a Portfolio Officer supporting programme and investment management for Smart Data Research UK, including the monitoring of funded investments and the development of programme management processes.

Before joining SDR UK, Melody worked in academic research, health policy and research coordination at the University of Bristol, Centre for Global Development and Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.

She holds an MPhil in Social Policy from the University of Bristol, where her research drew on data from understanding society, an ESRC-funded longitudinal study.
