Dr Leonardo Cohen is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Science at the University of Nottingham.

Leonardo is a Cognitive psychologist and former management consultant with 20+ years of experience spanning academia and financial services.

His research involves cognitive decision-making and behavioural sciences applied to risk-taking financial activities (such as investing, trading, and gambling).

Leonardo is particularly interested in exploring how behavioural interventions, risk communication, warning messages, and disclaimers can inform public policies that help people make better choices
